LK-AMPD-S is a hybrid of an InGaAs photodiode and a low-noise amplifier, designed for a wide optical response from 1000 to 1650nm and offering a 15 dB RF gain. It delivers high-speed performance with bandwidths of 12GHz and 18GHz, and is powered by a +5V supply.
This module is compatible with standard single-mode 9/125μm fiber and has an SMA connector with a 50 ohm impedance match.
LK-AMPD-S is hermetically sealed for environmental protection and has a lightweight design, with a mass of less than 23 grams. It is compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive 2.0, ensuring environmental sustainability and adherence to stringent safety standards.
